The central challenge is not simply to generate more downloads. The more important objective is to create a repeatable user-engagement loop in which farmers and agricultural professionals ask questions, receive useful answers, contribute knowledge, return to the app, and invite other relevant users.
My approach is product-led and experiment-driven. Social media is treated as an acquisition channel that must connect to measurable in-app behavior, not as an isolated activity. The working AgriConnectGro prototype was created specifically to demonstrate this approach and to provide a low-cost environment for testing community, retention, recognition, referral, onboarding, and notification concepts before investing in a larger production build.
The core funnel is: Install -> Registration -> First Useful Action -> Community Interaction -> Return Visit -> Habit -> Referral. Each step should be instrumented and measured independently so we can identify exactly where users drop out and which interventions improve behavior.
